Who we are
F-L-R is a creative sound organisation working at the intersection of music production, therapeutic practice and frequency-based wellbeing. We use sound, music and technology to support emotional regulation, self-expression and human connection. We work across therapy, education, production and emerging technology to deliver inclusive, person-centred experiences for individuals and communities across Aberdeen and the surrounding region.
F-L-R exists to help people regulate, create and reconnect through sound.
How we work
At F-L-R, we recognise that sound is more than entertainment – it is a powerful tool for regulation, communication and connection.
Our sessions are designed to be calm, inclusive and non-clinical, supporting individuals to explore creativity, emotion and expression at their own pace.
Whether through songwriting, rhythm, immersive audio, sound design or frequency-based work, we create spaces where people feel supported, seen and empowered.
